Amy Kimmel ‘s career of more than 30 years in Human Resources has been exclusively in the healthcare industry. A native Ohioan, Amy studied Communications at Cleveland State University and is a certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), as recognized by the Human Resources Certified Institute (HRCI). Amy is dedicated to operational excellence, aligning the HR functions to support and engage exceptional associates with the organizational mission; Patients First.
Amy is married and enjoys spending free time with her husband, volunteering with the Franklin County Dog Shelter, gardening, and family including her children and rescue dogs.

Toni Goldhardt has established a diverse career in Human Resources supporting employees and clients in distribution, manufacturing, caregiving, retail, banking, education, and waste management industries over the past 20 years. Although not a native of Ohio, she now calls this area home. Toni graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and continued her education to receive a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in HR Management. Toni promotes a supportive and collaborative culture amongst its leaders, while also giving employees a pathway to achieve their full potential to drive success for our organization.
Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and children, travel, go on walks with her goldendoodle, Oliver, play at amusement parks, and attend Columbus Blue Jacket games.

Brittany Puthoff began her career in Human Resources in 2018, focusing on talent acquisition. She is originally from Central Ohio and attended the University of Toledo where she was a 4-year member of the Women’s Swim Team. Brittany graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Administration. Brittany is certified as a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) in the healthcare field.
In her spare time, Brittany still enjoys swimming, as well as golfing and spending time with her family and friends.

LaSheba Hampton began her career in Human Resources in 2019, focusing on Talent Acquisition. She grew up in rural Ohio and has worked in healthcare throughout most of her career. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and earned her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management in 2022. She learned that healthcare is her true passion from her internship work in behavioral health and her HR operations and talent acquisition experience in a large hospital system.
When she is not working, LaSheba enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, as well as spending time with friends and family.
