Summary

Salary:  New graduates start at $70,000 per year, plus $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.  Experienced Physical Therapists will be offered a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus plus a salary commensurate with experience.  All Physical Therapists are eligible to receive quarterly productivity bonuses.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.
  • Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.

Professional Qualifications Required:

  • Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Current, unrestricted, Ohio licensure
  • Patient centered focus, with a strong work ethic and commitment to helping our patients get back to doing the things they love!
